Online store use

You may use this site only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use our content in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Products, pricing, and orders

We work to present product information, colors, pricing, and availability accurately. Actual colors can vary slightly by screen. Prices and availability may change without notice. We may limit or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, inventory errors, or incorrect pricing. If we cancel a paid order, the affected amount will be refunded.

Shipping and returns

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. FREE U.S. SHIPPING ON ORDERS $50+. Returns are governed by our posted Return Policy. Please review the Shipping Policy and Return Policy before ordering.

Intellectual property

The Munsel name, branding, photographs, videos, graphics, and original site content are owned by Munsel or used with permission and may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially exploited without permission except as allowed by law.

Third-party services

Some store functions are provided by third parties, including Shopify and payment, shipping, or analytics providers. Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

Disclaimers and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis, and Munsel is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site.
